BlogEngine.NET 1.5 Final Release veröffentlicht
Das BlogEngine.NET Team hat heute die Finale Version 1.5 der ASP.NET-basierten Blog-Software BlogEngine.NET veröffentlicht und zum Download bereitgestellt. BlogEngine.NET ist eine, wie der Name schon selber sagt, eine in .NET entwickelte Blog Software die dem Betrieb eines ASP.NET-gestützten Blogs dient.

Mit der Aktualisierung meiner BlogEngine.NET Software wollte ich eigentlich ein paar Tage warten, aber nachdem ich BlogEngine.NET 1.5 Final Release heute den ganzen Vormittag Lokal und Online ausführlich getestet habe, entschloss ich mich die Blog-Software doch noch zu aktualisieren. Ich hielt mich dabei an die Schritt für Schritt Anleitung von Al Nyveldt. Bisher habe ich glücklicherweise keine Probleme feststellen können.
BlogEngine.NET 1.5 includes
- Improved Metaweblog API: This version of BlogEngine has improved our capabilities yet again. We now support tagging calls (as used in the latest version of Windows Live Writer) and updated some issues with dates and images.
- Improved Live Writer Support including the new Tagging feature.
- For those who prefer to use the web to update their posts, we have a TinyMCE update.
- BlogEngine.NET 1.5 now supports nested comments.
- Various performance improvements, bug fixes and much more as well.
